She has a technical education after studies at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow, completed her studies with the application and practice at the Polish Patent Office, completed the state examination in 1997 with the title of patent attorney and the right to practice this profession as a profession of public trust. She has participated in a number of specialized training, courses, conferences and symposia devoted to legal and practical aspects of the application of intellectual property law, in particular industrial property law.

She has been practicing professionally all over the world to improve her theoretical and practical qualifications in industrial property law in Poland and in the world. He has been professionally engaged in industrial property since 1993 and has been working as a patent agent and since 1997 in the office as a patent attorney, while working on civil law contracts for other entities, including universities.

She specializes in foreign proceedings conducted in order to protect Polish inventions, utility models, industrial designs and trademarks in selected countries of the world, especially the European Union, and in the proceedings concerning the aforementioned subjects of industrial property law from abroad in Poland.
